Today I tried eggs Benedict for the first time (shuddup, it was research for something I thought of yesterday), and DAYUM those things is tasty. it's always bizarre for me to see where i live on the national news, but i just caught an nbc nightly news segment about food carts. portland has tons of them, and they filmed the portland segment mainly at the cluster where i usually go for lunch when i'm in town (powells is just a few blocks away, fyi).
